- International waste management, chemical safety and environmental protection expert.
- Member of the Council on the transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a "green" economy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Member of the Public Council of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Participated in the implementation of more than 120 environmental protection projects aimed at improving dialog between stakeholders, development of legislative and methodological documents, preparation of analytical reviews, awareness raising.

Yulia Lobuntsova
- Waste management, chemical safety and environmental protection expert
- Author and co-author of a number of national standards, developer of draft regulatory documents in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
- Has 10 years of practical experience in research of municipal, electronic, industrial and other types of waste in Kazakhstan.
