What we expect from you:
- Planning, leading and implementing projects in accordance with the work schedule;
- Preparation of analytical documents in Russian and English;
- Developing, creating and delivering presentations;
- Communication with government agencies, donors, experts and other stakeholders;
- Organization of meetings, meetings;
- Participation in preparation of reports on project implementation and results achieved;
- Preparation and publication of articles on projects;
- Providing PR-specialist with necessary information for realization of PR-campaign activities.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of ecology;
- Knowledge of English at least Upper-Intermediate level;
- High analytical skills;
- Competent oral and written speech;
- Planning and self-organization skills;
- Communication skills.

- Closing company vacancies: search for candidates through various channels (recruiting portals, social networks, recommendations, etc.);
- Adaptation, training, implementation of personnel;
- Improvement of personnel evaluation and development system, improvement of HR processes;
- Formation of personnel motivation systems;
- Organization of training events for personnel;
- Creation of strategy and development of corporate culture of the company: events, internal activities (educational/sports/entertainment);
- Formation of corporate culture from the point of view of personality psychology.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of psychology/management/sociology/human resources management
- Experience of HR and recruiter 1-3 years
- Knowledge and skills in using professional terms and technologies of personnel assessment, training, adaptation;
- Ability to effectively utilize various tools for passive and active candidate sourcing;
- Maintain reporting and analytics on recruitment;
- Competent speech (oral and written), knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages;

- Assisting the project manager in the implementation of CAR@WAN events;
- Interaction with stakeholders on organizing and conducting events (guest lectures, webinars, B2B meetings with experts);
- Preparation of documentation in Russian and English;
- Organization and conduct of meetings and appointments. Preparation of the program and minutes of meetings;
- Participation in international conferences and forums;
- Networking with potential partners;
- Preparation of news summaries and distribution to Network members.
Requirements:
- Higher education in water resources, hydrology or relevant disciplines;
- Knowledge of English at least Upper-Intermediate level;
- Experience in the field of water resources is welcomed;
- Business correspondence skills;
- Written and oral communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Ability to work with platforms: ZOOM, Skype, Microsoft Teams.
